Terms and conditions
Following are some points to keep in mind:
1. If a project is started and the client wants to remove items as per BOQ finalized initially and if it goes beyond 15% then designing consultancy charges will be applicable and the discount will not be applicable in such cases.

2. If a project is started and the client wants to cancel the project whatever work has been started on production and on site is fully on chargeable basis including designing consultancy charges and discount will not be applicable in such cases.
